Great rooftop pool and friendly staff made my visit enjoyable. The breakfast options were varied and tasty, and check-in was easy, allowing for a pleasant stay overall.

Severe delays in getting room service were frustrating. $45 parking fees felt excessive, decreasing the overall value of my experience.

the hyatt house has a fantastic location, just a short shuttle ride away from all car rentals. the 24-hour shuttle service is super convenient. our king room was really quiet and the bed was extremely comfy. plus, the outdoor swimming pool was a nice bonus!

i almost gave this hotel a better review, but they have a stinky dumpster right by the shuttle pick up spot, which is just unsightly. and can we talk about the lack of hot water? as a guest, i woudl ve expected at least a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience.

My stay was fantastic as the restaurants nearby made it super easy to grab a bite, and i loved how close the el segundo recreation and parks was for a leisurely stroll after a day of exploring downtown los angeles. the only downside was the high parking fees, but everything else made up for it.

the rooftop pool is great, but the parking validation is way too expensive at $45.

the parking garage was a bit sketchy (not my favorite). however, the rooftop pool was a nice spot to unwind with great views. the full refrigerator in the room was super handy, and the food we ordered was amazing!.

my stay at the hyatt house was pretty awesome. the staff were super chill and helpfull, like this dude alex at the front desk who was so nice. plus, the free breakfast was better than what i expected, wide variety and tasty. i especially loved my room, it was fresh, clean, and comfy with a kitchenette that made life easier. oh, and the shuttle service to the airport? simple and quick, no drama!

the only bummer was walking thru the parking garage to check in, it was kinda sketchy and gross. also, i wish they had more parking options.
