great spot with awesome breakfast

I really enjoyed my time here. The breakfast was top-notch with tons of choices, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to shops and food places. The workout room being open 24 hours was a nice bonus. Parking is a bit of a hassle, though, especially for larger cars.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a quiet area near restaurants and a bike path. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices, including made-to-order omelets by a chef. The beds were very comfortable, and I would definitely stay at this property again.

The suite at this hotel was very spacious and comfortable. the room had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. the large breakfast selection was a great way to start the day. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I also enjoyed the beautiful view of the river from my room.

There were a couple of negative aspects during my stay. the valet parking system was not convenient and seemed inefficient.

The friendly welcome at check-in, complementary breakfast, homely feeling in the room, fully-equipped kitchen, ice maker in the refrigerator.

Felt right at home here, no reason to complain.

Something was off with the check-in process.

The value for our money was exceptional at Hyatt House. The room was spacious with a fantastic river view, and we loved the swivel TV and fully equipped kitchen. The staff provided excellent service, bringing extra blankets and trash bags to our room. The location was convenient for our activities and there were great restaurants nearby.

More breakfast choices would have made the experience even better.

Almost perfect.

The rooms were excellent and clean, comfortable. the view was beautiful. Breakfast included an omelet bar, cooked to order, a hot buffet, beverages and other basics. It was good. Parking was valet only and $18/night, never waited more than a couple minutes for our vehicle.

The customer service was very bad. When I came into the the front desk without a prior reservation, the lady said that she doesn't have any rooms available without even checking anything on her computer.

I recently stayed at Hyatt House Southside and had a wonderful experience. The area is fantastic with a beautiful walking trail along the river. It's also located in a vibrant shopping and entertainment district, so there are plenty of great dining options just a short walk away. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and I was thrilled to find my favorite pink grapefruit available again. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and the spacious room with a river view was fantastic. The fitness center was decent, although it could have been cleaner during these times.

My recent stay at Hyatt House was fantastic! I was in Pittsburgh for a few days and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room/suite was impeccably clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, from the valet to the helpful front desk. The breakfast options were delicious and the view of the river was absolutely stunning. I can't wait to stay here again!

We recently stayed at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by all that it had to offer. The location is fantastic, right on the scenic waterfront with great views. The service was outstanding with quick and efficient check-in and housekeeping. We loved the convenience of the grocery shopping service and shops/commercial services available on-site. Our room was well-equipped with a kitchen stocked with everything we needed, including cookware/kitchen utensils, microwave, and a refrigerator. The flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and heating made for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the lovely terrace and garden furniture outside the hotel.

Families who are looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced hotel should consider this place, as it delivers excellent service with a smile.
