The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The room was spacious and had a high-quality TV. I felt super safe traveling alone with security around and key access to doors. The location was convenient with easy access to the highway, the UNM campus, and downtown. I liked having a cafe and bar in the hotel, which was great for business travel.

When I arrived, a staff member was exiting my room without saying anything to me. the room was not clean, with hair on the vanity and in the bathroom.
