This hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of numerous restaurants and next to MoabCowboy ATV adventures. Everything I needed was close by, and I didn't have to use my car except for excursions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Loni who checked us in. The room was spacious and clean, with laminate floors instead of carpet, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was also really good and varied each day.

The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, with dirty floors and hair in the bathroom. the lighting in the room was too bright, causing discomfort and potentially triggering migraines.

One minor recommendation would be to have a small area of grass or turf for pets. However, this was a very minor issue and didn't affect my overall experience.

The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of downtown Moab. It made it easy for me to access lots of restaurants, local shops, and the nearby parks. Everything I needed was close by. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast provided was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and provided helpful recommendations for dining and attractions in the area. We were able to extend our stay with ease, and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring downtown. Despite being in the city center, parking was not an issue. I have had great experiences with Best Western hotels in the past and this one did not disappoint. Highly recommended.

The friendly employee at check-in provided good info on the area and facilities. Close to restaurants & shopping. The breakfast offered was good. The shower head in our room felt like a scalp massage after a long day of driving. The bed felt like a personal cloud pillow, giving me the best night sleep of my whole trip. Will definitely stay here again for a longer trip.

The location of this place was amazing as it was close to all the shops and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere easily. the breakfast provided was decent with a good variety to choose from. the staff at the front desk were helpful with suggestions on where to dine and what to do in the area.

The shower situation was a disaster. They installed double shower heads without upgrading the hot water capacity, so we always ended up with lukewarm water in the mornings.
