I recently stayed at Hyatt House for leisure, and the stay was pleasant. the staff, particularly Tanisha, was exceptionally helpful. the room layout with a kitchenette was great, offering enough space for my family. the breakfast options were fabulous, and the location near a park added to the peaceful ambiance. the cleanliness and amenities in the room were top-notch, including the stovetop, mini sink, and dishwasher.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I found no shower gel provided in the bathroom and struggled with a dysfunctional glass door and misplaced metal piece. Despite this inconvenience, the central location and beautiful decor made my short stay enjoyable. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

I gotta say, the location was on point , right smack in the middle of everything you need. And that staff, man, they were top, notch! Super friendly and always on the ball. the breakfast spread was pretty decent too, kept us fueled up for the day.

But let me tell you, the shower situation was a total nightmare. No shower gel, a wonky glass door, and some random metal piece just chilling in there , couldn't even get clean properly.

I always choose this spot for my trips. Staff found my lost wallet once, I won't forget! Perfect stay with Free Wi-Fi, 24/7 reception, Bar, Restaurant, Gym. No smoking, Aircon, wheelchair access. Great for my city breaks.
