As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location of Hyatt Place Augusta, right off the I-20. The facility was very clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, and the shower provided amazing hot water every night. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the rooms clean and the sheets fresh. The breakfast had a great variety of items, and we enjoyed starting our day with a delicious meal. our stay was excellent, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The room was just so cozy and modern, with a big comfy bed and a really nice sofa to relax on. Also, the free WiFi was a lifesaver for someone like me who's always connected.

We had a fantastic time during our Easter vacation at the hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating. They even offered us complimentary breakfast and access to the fitness center. the location was also perfect as we were able to explore the city with ease. One of our favorite aspects was the comfortable beds and bedding, which made for a great night's sleep.

the room size was a bit cramped and the shower would have been better if there was more space. the cleaning staff could have been more considerate and not interrupted us so early in the morning.

The breakfast hours changed on the weekend, which inconvenienced us. We were in town for an early morning event and needed to have breakfast before 6:00 AM, but the breakfast area was no longer open at that time.

I had such a great stay here! The location is perfect, right off the interstate and in a nice area with plenty to do close by. I loved the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, and the sun terrace was the perfect spot to relax. The staff was amazing, always welcoming with a welcome drink and helpful with anything I needed. The room amenities, including the flat-screen TV and comfortable sitting area, made me feel right at home.

Honestly, I couldn't find anything negative about this place. I would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.
