The Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport/Lake Pointe was the perfect choice for us as friends who love going out at night. The convenient location, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, and clean rooms made our stay enjoyable. The staff, especially Tekeya, were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. They were helpful and accommodating to all our needs and even made special arrangements for our stay.

I especially liked the partition in the sitting area, which allowed me to easily adjust the large flat screen TV for optimal viewing from both the sofa and the bed. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access from the airport and close proximity to the interstate.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly sweet and accommodating, even going out of their way to provide us with band aids when we needed them. The room was clean and comfortable, with a really comfy bed. One of the best things about this hotel was its convenient location. It was right next to a door that allowed us to park our car right outside our room, making it easy for us to load our suitcases when going to the airport. Additionally, there were restaurants within walking distance, which was a plus.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. we were disappointed to find that our reservation for a king-sized bed had been changed to two double beds, forcing us to sleep separately.
