The room was so spacious! Loved the modern decor, and that couch made it feel like home. Plenty of seating options throughout the hotel too, perfect for lounging around!

But my dear, I could hear my neighbors' plans for world domination! And at 10 AM, I certainly didn't need unsolicited wake-up knocks from a marching band of housekeepers.

The USDA prime-aged steaks at Toasted Oak were out of this world—mouthwatering and prepared to perfection! I also loved how spacious my room was and how clean everything felt. you could tell the hotel takes pride in its upkeep.

Now, the bed was quite hard and stiff—definitely not a cloud to float on.

Great for short business stays. just be mindful of room placement if you're sensitive to noise.

Had a great two-night stay! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and an alarm clock. Loved the hangout vibe with cozy seating in the lobby. Fitness center was a plus. The location was super convenient near the mall and restaurants. Food at Toasted Oaks was nice, though a bit pricey. Housekeeping could be quicker.

When we arrived, Jackson at the front desk instantly uplifted our spirits by allowing an early check-in. The hotel was spotless, and the spacious rooms had a modern touch. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, making our busy weekend feel more relaxed.

However, we encountered a couple of hiccups. The air conditioning in our room was a bit temperamental, and the view wasn't the best—facing a closed store. We also had issues with the room key needing constant resetting, which was frustrating during our stay.

I stayed here for a business trip and found the location to be super convenient, just a short distance from the Novi Town Center and various restaurants. What I appreciated most was the spacious room, which felt inviting and comfortable, perfect for winding down after a long day. The hotel staff was polite, addressing my needs promptly. However, I did notice the breakfast could use improvement as the potatoes were cold and stale.

Had a fantastic stay! The King Room was spacious with great amenities like a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a sofa. Loved the Aveda toiletries in the modern bathroom. Fitness center was well-maintained too. Great vibes at the Toasted Oaks restaurant with good drinks, just steps from the shopping mall.

the hotel is conveniently located near a large shopping complex, with plenty of dining options and shopping just steps away… the staff was incredibly attentive, regularly checking in without being intrusive. the onsite restaurant offered decent meals, though breakfast could be improved.

This was a top selection for a city break in Novi with fantastic value for money. The staff went above and beyond when they provided us with complimentary snacks throughout our stay, which was a nice surprise. Check if you can get an early check-in to maximize your time at the hotel.
