Loved the location! Super close to the airport with a free shuttle every 30 mins. Many shops and food places just a short drive or walk away. Staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was okay, though—could use some more options to jazz it up a bit.

I also appreciated the welcome I received at 6am on a weekend, which was a nice touch. the location of this hotel was ideal for my needs and very convenient being closer to the airport. the beds were comfortable and the size of the room was perfect for socializing before heading out to the nearby attractions.

Staying here felt like a dream. My room had this huge TV where I could watch a show while lounging on the sofa bed and editing my photos at the work desk. The convenience of having fresh food at The Gallery Market and a variety of drinks at the Coffee to Cocktails Bar made me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. Breakfast had a great selection. Perfect location for a concert at the Allstate Center.

The location of the hotel was great, and the free airport shuttle service was a definite plus. the included breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff at the reception and dinner bar were lovely. One thing that could be improved is the soundproofing in the rooms to reduce outside noise.
