Limited parking options made arrival tricky.

Free shuttle service to O'Hare was incredibly convenient, making my travel seamless after a long flight.

Parking was limited and expensive at $19 a day, and I discovered some non-guests purchased parking spots, making availability scarce for hotel guests.

the room was spacious but kind of noisy. the free airport shuttle was super handy and the lobby bar had a great dinner. breakfast options were also really good. location was perfect for our trip.

completely underwhelmed by my stay. the shower had visible mold—absolutely disgusting. Parking was an absolute nightmare. I paid for a spot but felt like I was parked in a junkyard. I expected at least a welcome gift for suffering through all this, but alas, special treatment only exists in my imagination. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

I came in from Detroit to attend a concert at Allstate Arena with my daughter, and we were thrilled to find out we could easily walk next door to the venue, which made our experience so much smoother. plus, the hotel is just a stone's throw away from Lake Opeka, where we enjoyed some scenic views and relaxing strolls around the park.

The 24-hour gym was perfect for working out, and we enjoyed some tennis nearby. Plus, the outlet shopping was a great way to spend our time. Shuttle service to the airport was super convenient, making our trip easier.

However, we faced a frustrating situation with housekeeping barging in despite having the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on our door. Not cool at all!

Proximity to AllState Arena was fantastic! ! The view of the airport added to the excitement. The facilities, including a pleasant pool, created a nice atmosphere during our visit.

Unfortunately, staff professionalism was lacking. some interactions felt rude. There were also issues with cleanliness, including an unkempt bathroom that left much to be desired.

Ope, the view from our room was just somethin' else! Watched planes zoom by right overhead, and oh boy, ya could feel the thrill. The bartender at the lobby bar was a gem too, all friendly while handling the rush. Sure, the restaurant setup could use a little work, but I’ll take that view!
