This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and indoor swimming pool. The staff really helped me find my lost earring during my first stay, making me feel valued. Grab some apples from the breakfast bar, they’re a hit! Coming back for Xmas!

We had a spacious room with two queen beds and a sofa bed, perfect for our family. The breakfast selection was excellent, featuring homemade options that satisfied both kids and adults. The hotel was conveniently located near Cantigny Mansion and fantastic local eats like Las Palmas and Pita Inn, making it great for family outings.

The breakfast had unique and delicious items, providing a pleasant surprise! I found both the staff and the mattress to be incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout my visit.

Several maintenance issues like uncomfortable beds and slow service left much to be desired. Noise from adjoining rooms and the lobby disrupted the peace I hoped for during my stay.

Carpet cleanliness could use attention!!! Guests may find the lack of dining options within walking distance inconvenient!!! Bathroom drainage issues, along with room temperature control problems, detract from the overall experience!!!

But it’s not all smooth flying here—breakfast quality took a dive during the stay, with thinner coffee and less appealing food options. The absence of a microwave in the rooms is a miss, and the fitness center is pretty cramped with limited equipment. You also might want to double-check the bathroom layout and ventilation as it left some guests feeling a bit cramped. Plus, the noise from the lobby and adjoining rooms can disrupt your peace, especially with wayward kids running around.
