The rooms were spacious and clean. The check-in receptionist was helpful and accommodating. The morning receptionist was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The kids enjoyed the pool and the convenience of walking to nearby attractions.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with separate areas for sleeping and relaxing. The extra sink was a convenient feature, especially when getting ready in the morning. The bed was firm and the pillows were fluffy, providing a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a decent selection of food.

I recently stayed at Candlewood Suites in Cincinnati Northeast and had a fantastic experience. The room was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. The staff was extremely accommodating and provided excellent customer service. I was also pleasantly surprised by the peacefulness of the hotel; I didn't hear any noise from other guests during my entire stay. Additionally, the softness of the bed made for a truly comfortable night's sleep. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great location for sports tournament attendees, close to attractions and food options. Pet-friendly and roomy enough for families of 5. Some elevators may be out of order, but it didn't affect our stay. Perfect for a weekend getaway.
