We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We loved the complimentary wine happy hour and the warm, fresh chocolate chip cookies. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great bed and a divine bathtub. The location was excellent, with cute restaurants and coffee shops nearby and a beautiful view of the river.

This was our third summer staying at Kimpton Riverplace and it never disappoints. the location along the Willamette river gives you a serene countryside feel while being right in the city. the hotel's woodsy decor is classy and not kitschy. the river view room offers a beautiful view of the river and the river walk. the complementary 5 pm happy hour with light appetizers, wine, beer, and delicious chef's cookies is a fabulous treat. the food at their restaurant Kingstidepdx is amazing and we dined there three times. the staff is friendly, especially the valet guys who are the nicest we've encountered at any hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the river and within walking distance to local restaurants. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. we had a pleasant experience during our city break.

The mismatched furniture in our room, which did not create a visually pleasing ambiance. Despite these minor issues, our stay at the hotel was enjoyable.

We stayed at a hotel close to downtown with a great location right by the river. The staff was welcoming, helpful and they even provided us with a complimentary birthday dessert and wine upon our arrival. The room was well-appointed, spacious and the service was prompt. The hotel offered a great breakfast and the walking path near the river was a lovely feature. Although there was a noise issue with a wedding party, it didn't last too long. We highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay away from busy downtown.

The bed was very comfortable and perfect for those with back issues. The room had special amenities for pets, including a litter pan, scratching post, and toys. Room service was quick, with orders arriving in just 20 minutes. The hotel had a cozy boutique atmosphere.
