The panoramic river view from the room is beautiful. The furnishings and interior are stunning. Convenient access to street cars, waterfront walkways, and restaurants. Easy arrangement for early check-in and late check-out without extra charges.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was extremely comfortable with excellent amenities like a TV, wifi, and bathrobes. The view of the river was exquisite and added to the overall experience. The hotel's location on the waterfront was perfect, as it was close to everything and provided a stunning backdrop. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The staff went above and beyond to help me find a wine tour to join during my solo trip. Their restaurant suggestions were spot-on and the overall friendliness of the staff made me feel welcomed. The views from the outdoor porch areas were a slice of heaven. The hotel offered a calming and stress-relieving environment.

The bed was very comfortable and perfect for those with back issues. The room had special amenities for pets, including a litter pan, scratching post, and toys. Room service was quick, with orders arriving in just 20 minutes. The hotel had a cozy boutique atmosphere.

The hotel offered complimentary wine tasting in the evening, which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to downtown and restaurants. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel charged for Wi-Fi, which was a disappointment. Furthermore, the room key had to be re-coded multiple times, causing inconvenience.

Friendly staff, helpful front desk, great river view, fun nearby shops and walking paths, excellent wine tasting and breakfast, clean room.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the boutique hotel feel and outstanding ambience at this property. The staff was exceptional, and the room service was superb. The hotel also offered complimentary wine, beer, and appetizers in the lobby each evening, creating a perfect gathering spot before heading out. Additionally, the heated outdoor deck with wooden rocking chairs overlooking the river was a great touch.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was right by the river, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. the walk to the city center was manageable, although uphill. It was nice to have several dining options nearby as well. I also enjoyed the size of the room, which was spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offered coffee in the morning and wine in the evening, which was a lovely touch.

Great location, feels rural but in the city. Cute, classy decor. Beautiful river view from room. Fabulous complementary happy hour with delicious cookies. Amazing food at on-site restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Planning to return next summer! 👍
