The staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and helpful, taking care of any concerns I had. The hotel itself was beautiful inside and out, providing a relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel was, as I saw pets but didn't hear any noise from them.

One issue I encountered was with the room keys. The first two rooms we were given keys to were already occupied, which was a major safety concern.

I had prepaid for my Grandmother's room for a visit from VA to TX. Despite a system glitch, the staff immediately stopped the additional charges and provided refunds without hesitation. The location is great, with plenty of nearby restaurants and activities. The room exceeded our expectations with its size, high ceilings, and comfortable bed. I'm glad I chose this Hyatt Place instead of the hotel next door. The front desk staff is excellent, and the hotel is clean, light, and well managed. I look forward to my annual stay here when visiting family locally.
