The hotel offered clean rooms and comfortable beds, making for a pleasant stay. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the south Grand Rapids area.

There were a few downsides to my experience. the breakfast service was delayed, which could be an inconvenience for those with tight schedules.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel may not have been the greatest, but the rooms were spotless. Although slightly overpriced for a regular chain hotel, I appreciated the effort put into maintaining cleanliness.

During my stay, I encountered a minor inconvenience when I was given a room with one king bed instead of two queens. The front desk suggested that one person sleep on the sofa bed, which wasn't the most comfortable option.

The hotel was in a great location, not too far from the airport. It was clean and well-maintained, with comfy beds and a nice breakfast included. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the hot coffee in the morning. it lived up to my expectations for a hotel in the Hyatt brand.

One minor concern I had was that the property appeared to be a little older than expected, but it was still kept clean and in good shape. Additionally, there were sometimes sports travel teams staying at the hotel who could be noisy, but it didn't affect my overall experience too much.

One specific situation that stood out was the poor bathroom design/layout. The large heavy door barely cleared the toilet, and one had to stand in the shower to open it.

Located in a nice area with easy access to taxis. It's close to shopping and the movie theater. The bar area is lovely and ideal for relaxing. The facilities are great, with yummy complimentary breakfast and clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. The walk-in shower was particularly nice.

The bathroom soap options weren't great.
