Had a lovely stay! The room was modern and spacious with a fancy bathroom layout. Plus, the security guard made me feel safe at night, like I was in a secure fortress!

But good heavens, for a fancy place, the pool looked like it was auditioning for a horror film! I was half-expecting a creature to pop out from the murky water.

I was really disappointed with the housekeeping service. After my first two nights, I expected at least some attention to my room, but nobody came to clean or restock supplies until I called down for toilet paper. It felt quite frustrating to be left without basic amenities like towels or tissue, and the communication was unclear about when housekeeping would actually come. I had to keep going downstairs for items that should have been taken care of without me needing to ask.

The breakfast spread each morning was delightful. my family loved the variety offered! Plus, the staff's positivity and respect were truly refreshing during our stay.

Unfortunately, we faced significant issues with housekeeping, as our room wasn't cleaned throughout our stay, impacting our comfort and satisfaction.

the hotel is overhyped as a 4-star. I had issues with the TV for days, no one was concerned about fixing it. I can't believe no one even offered me a complimentary drink to make up for my annoying stay—it woudl ve been the least they could do! I just couldn’t leave a good review for such negligence.

the gym has a variety of equipment including weights and yoga mats. the pool can get crowdy at times, making it difficult to enjoy a swim.
