We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Fairfield Inn. The room was beautifully appointed and spacious. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, close to entertainment and dining. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service and great amenities.

The room at Fairfield Inn And Suites Chicago Downtown/ Magnificent Mile was so cozy and inviting, with its plush pillowtop mattress and hardwood floors. I loved the big flat-screen TV and the separate seating area with a comfy sofa.

I personally found the lighting a bit dim in the room.

The fact that breakfast is included is a nice bonus, and the hotel also provides basic amenities such as free internet and a coffee/tea maker in the room. The staff is friendly and accommodating, allowing for early check-in and late checkout. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, just a short walk from the main shopping street and with a view of the city skyline.

The attentive and accommodating staff made the experience even better. There's a store at the reception area for snacks and beverages, and complimentary hot drinks anytime.

The location was perfect, right off Michigan Avenue with easy access to restaurants and the North Shore. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing parking assistance, extra blankets, and restaurant recommendations. The free breakfast was always fully stocked and hot, and the availability of coffee and hot tea all day was a nice touch.
