We had a fantastic weekend in Kansas City! The hotel was nice and clean, with a great breakfast. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient, close to stores and restaurants in walking distance of the convention center. Nothing, it is perfect.

Our stay was okay. The hotel is located in a well-kept upscale area, close to decent shopping and restaurants. However, the cramped room and bathroom were a disappointment. The sleeper sofa and mattress were uncomfortable, and the coffee in the room was poor. The staff was helpful and conversational, but we noticed that they charged us an extra night without our agreement.

The staff was also incredibly friendly and informative, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a great value with many delicious options to choose from.

While the rooms were generally tidy, I did find a few candy wrappers on the floor that were not ours. Additionally, the outside door did not latch properly, which made me feel a bit uneasy about the safety of the hotel.
