Nothing, it was perfect.

Es fühlt sich an wie ein kleines Dorf mit vielen Gebäuden, die sich über 2 oder 3 Etagen erstrecken. Man braucht sich keine Sorgen zu machen, sich zu verirren, da überall Hinweisschilder mit der Zimmernummer angebracht sind. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, umgeben von Bäumen und Pflanzen, was eine Waldatmosphäre schafft. Die Einrichtungen für Familien sind fantastisch, mit Innen- und Außenbereichen, einem Kinderpool, einem Fußballplatz, Klettergerüsten. Es gibt buchstäblich nichts zu beanstanden.

The hotel had clean and fairly new facilities. The breakfast selection was really good and the employees were all very helpful. I also liked that they had an automated teller machine for currency exchange, which made it convenient for guests.

I also asked for a late checkout but was told it wasn't possible without any explanation. It would have been nice to have more flexibility in that regard.

The hotel had spacious and comfortable rooms, equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast offered was diverse and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, some of them even spoke English. The location wasn't very close to the Line 2 subway station, but it was perfect for visiting Beijing Normal University.

The room maids were attentive and the room maintenance was satisfactory. The breakfast offered in the ground floor lounge was excellent and I enjoyed it throughout my 5-night stay. Some of the hotel clerks could speak enough English to assist with any requests. The hotel is conveniently located, with smooth access from Beijing International Airport by taxi in just 50 minutes and at a cost of 110-120 Yuan.

The spacious rooms and friendly staff made us feel right at home. The breakfast served in the ground floor lounge was excellent, and we couldn't get enough of it during our 5-night stay. The location, just a 10-minute walk from Jishuitan subway station, was perfect for us as bike riders. It allowed us to easily explore the city and discover hidden gems. We also appreciated the prompt service and the value for money this hotel offered.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the clean and spacious rooms, which were modernly furnished. The linens and towels were all clean and the bed was very comfortable, allowing us to have a good night's rest. We also enjoyed the convenience of the location, as it was close to both the city center attractions, like the Forbidden City, and the northern attractions, like the Summer Palace.

One aspect that we didn't like was the inconsistent service level at the hotel. While some staff members were friendly and helpful, others had a cold attitude.
