Nothing, it was perfect.

The hotel had clean and fairly new facilities. the breakfast selection was really good and the employees were all very helpful. I also liked that they had an automated teller machine for currency exchange, which made it convenient for guests.

The in-room breakfast service didn't run as advertised, which was disappointing. I also asked for a late checkout but was told it wasn't possible without any explanation.

The location wasn't very close to the Line 2 subway station, but it was perfect for visiting Beijing Normal University.

The room maids were attentive and the room maintenance was satisfactory. The breakfast offered in the ground floor lounge was excellent and I enjoyed it throughout my 5-night stay. Some of the hotel clerks could speak enough English to assist with any requests. The hotel is conveniently located, with smooth access from Beijing International Airport by taxi in just 50 minutes and at a cost of 110-120 Yuan.

The location, just a 10-minute walk from Jishuitan subway station, was perfect for us as bike riders. It allowed us to easily explore the city and discover hidden gems. During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the clean and spacious rooms, which were modernly furnished. the linens and towels were all clean and the bed was very comfortable, allowing us to have a good night's rest. We also enjoyed the convenience of the location, as it was close to both the city center attractions, like the Forbidden City, and the northern attractions, like the Summer Palace.

We had a remarkably professional service here. Not only did they pick up and deliver our forgotten laptop to the airport, but they also provided service in English which was really nice. The rooms were cozy and the bed was comfortable. The hotel cleanliness is excellent, and the facilities such as the gym and swimming pool are top-notch. The staff, especially the cleaning staff, were very friendly and always apologized for any inconvenience. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and they even allowed us to put down a cash deposit instead of a credit card. the service and amenities here are exceptional.

The location of this place is not ideal if you want to be in the center of the city. It is quite far away from the action and there is not much to do around the hotel at night.
