The location was perfect for exploring the city center, with easy access to historical sites, restaurants, and shops. The GoGreen Shuttle made travel to and from the airport convenient.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton in downtown Indianapolis for a weekend getaway. The hotel provided an incredible view of the city from the rooftop, where I enjoyed the spacious pool area and comfortable patio furniture. It was the perfect spot to relax and even watch the 4th of July fireworks. The location was excellent, with a stunning view of Monument Circle from my 19th-floor room. The room itself was clean and spacious, with great bathroom lighting for the ladies. The lobby had plenty of comfortable seating, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel even had a Starbucks on site, which was a nice bonus.

The location was perfect, situated in a beautiful historic neighborhood within walking distance of many attractions. The service was outstanding, from the friendly and personable staff to the room service and housekeeping. I was impressed with the amenities offered, including the shops/commercial services and wedding services. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. Additionally, the patio with garden furniture was a nice touch.

Recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel had a lovely scent throughout. We were thrilled to find a Starbucks right in the hotel, too. The rooftop pool was a highlight, although we wished it was open later in the evening. the friendly staff and enjoyable amenities made for a great stay. We would definitely consider staying here again, perhaps in a suite on a lower floor.

Plus, I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included in the price!

My recent stay at Sheraton was exceptional. The bed and pillows provided a comfortable night's sleep. One of the highlights was the personalized email from Breyona prior to my arrival, showing the hotel's attention to detail and customer service. The upgrade to the VIP room made me feel truly special, with a red carpet, treats, wine, and even an elephant folded on the bed. The friendly and helpful staff, from the valet to the front desk, made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel offered stunning views, including the Soldier and Sailor Tower.

Drawbacks: Although the room was comfortable, I did notice some signs of wear and tear, such as outdated furnishings and unprofessional patchwork on the walls and ceilings. The shower also didn't drain properly, which was a minor inconvenience.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, providing us with extra towels. The beds were comfortable and the location allowed us to explore the beautiful architecture and history of the city. The restaurant served delicious food and the wait staff and cook made our dining experience enjoyable.
