Our dance competition team had a perfect stay at Hyatt Place. The spacious rooms made it easy to accommodate all our gear, and they were spotlessly clean. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, like when Ryan saved us a trip for ice. The location was ideal, and the staff's helpfulness made our stay even better. With no complaints from my usually critical boyfriend, who works at a Hilton, this hotel truly impressed us.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful throughout my visit. The location was very convenient, as it was close to both the convention center and downtown. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed the small bar/restaurant which served surprisingly good food and had a nice selection of wine. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and I appreciated the nicely laid out and decorated rooms. The hotel also had handicap accessible rooms with roll-in showers, which was a big plus. The breakfast options were fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised to find options for a low-carb diet like Keto. I had a great experience with the hotel staff, facilities, cleanliness, and breakfast options.

The staff even called ahead of time to inform us about road closures and offered to cancel our reservation if needed. Their level of service and attention to detail impressed us, even my boyfriend who is a Sales Manager for another hotel. we have no complaints and would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the downtown area and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. The location was great, within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The beds were comfortable and had nice linen and down pillows. I also appreciated the excellent coffee available in the room and the breakfast with a fruit, muffin, and the standard continental fare included.

The hotel had very clean and spacious rooms with a king-size bed and a large sectional couch with a sleeper sofa. the room also had a large TV that could be seen from the living area or the bedroom. Additionally, the front desk staff, William and Jacqueline, were kind and friendly.

One downside was the lack of a microwave in the room. As a coffee lover, I was also disappointed that they only offered plain coffee mate and didn't have a selection of flavored creamers.

During my Christmas stay, I found two standout features at this hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. They made me feel welcome and ensured that all my needs were met. Secondly, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious and fresh options. It was a great way to start my day and I appreciated the effort put into providing a quality meal. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to downtown and other attractions.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy during my stay. I noticed a slight musty smell in the rooms, which was a bit off-putting.

The location was great as it was in a central spot between Tampa and Orlando, making it easy to travel around. the hotel also provided ample parking which was a relief when we rented a car.

Breakfast was mediocre even though there were a lot of options. They could have improved it by making the eggs warmer and ensuring an appetizing presentation.
