I had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly the guy at the front desk who went out of his way to assist me, even fixing the air conditioning immediately. The breakfast, which was included in the nightly rate, was well stocked and kept clean and organized. The rooms were spacious, with a very comfortable king bed, and were cleaned everyday.

All in all, everything was excellent.

My stay at Hyatt Place was wonderful. I was in Miami for a week-long vacation and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The reception desk staff, especially the young lady and the gentleman in charge during check-out, were incredibly helpful and made sure all my needs were met. Special thanks to Hotel Supervisor Carlos for his generosity in allowing us to use the business center on a Sunday. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice division between the sitting area and the work desk. The breakfast had a delicious variety and the selection changed daily. my first Florida experience was made memorable by the exceptional service and amenities at Hyatt Place.

I had a great stay at a recently remodeled and refurbished hotel. The beds and pillows were wonderful, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were personable and very helpful. I also enjoyed dining at the restaurant on the top floor, which offered a big view of the city. Plus, I appreciated the added bonus of free parking for my eleven-day cruise. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

Not obvious to find: The hotel's location was a bit difficult to find initially.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the airport and was pleasantly surprised by the great value for money. The hotel was situated along the main road but behind an office building, which meant that it was easy to access highways yet quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The service was excellent; staff members were very friendly, approachable and accommodating. Rooms were cleaned daily, and my room had good space and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included, and despite the lack of a waffle machine, there were quite a variety of choices.

All was great, nothing needs improvement.

We had a situation at the second day of our stay. When we came back to our room at 330pm the door was opened and the door of the closet was opened too. We informed the front desk about this security situation. None of our belongings were missing, but we do not understand how something like that can happen. Please be more careful when you clean the rooms. Security is very important.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the free parking that was available at the hotel and the swimming pool was clean and uncrowded. The room was well-stocked with coffee, tea, and a microwave which helped me save some money on meals. The hotel is located in a convenient area close to the airport and other attractions.

Sadly, my xmas stay had some negative experiences. The customer service could have been better, as the staff seemed uninterested and showed no empathy towards guests.

This hotel is located in a convenient location in the Miami area right off of the Palmetto Expressway, close enough to the airport. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and modern with comfortable beds. The buffet style breakfast is a great experience with plenty of fresh, tasty food options. The outdoor pool is a great amenity that all guests can enjoy.
