The apartment was super comfy with two bathrooms, a nice kitchen, and plenty of space for the fam. Check-in was smooth, with welcome cocktails and friendly staff. The location was great. Lots of activities around and helpful concierge with info about Colonial Williamsburg. Gym and hot tub were nice touches too!

Location is a major plus. You're a quick drive from Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, and Jamestown. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen. entry wasn’t smooth. A last-minute room change caused unnecessary stress, especially since I had my granddaughters with me. Cleanliness needs attention; the bathrooms could have been better prepared, and the second bedroom furniture was faulty. Amenities are solid. Pools, game rooms, and recreational options offer a fun atmosphere. the ice machine malfunctioned and maintenance needed improvement. Timeshare sales tactics were lengthy and unwelcome. A mixed experience overall with potential; management was helpful, particularly Meghan, who resolved issues.

Perfectly positioned for a weekend of exploration and fun

This place has a fantastic spot right near downtown Williamsburg and is just a short drive from Busch Gardens, making it an awesome base for exploring all the historical sites in the area like the Governor's Palace and the College of William and Mary, both just around 2 km away, plus it’s surrounded by great restaurants and shops, which really adds to the convenience; the unit was super comfortable with a nice colonial-style decor and all the amenities you need for a weekend stay, including a full kitchen and heated pools that my family loved, but even though we had a great time, there was some remodeling noise that could be improved.

Our two-bedroom unit was so much more gorgeous in person, truly better than the photos! The heated pools were a total game changer; we swam in the cool weather and loved every minute. Plus, the mini-golf was a blast, and our kids were thrilled with the arcade games!

The location is perfect for visiting the Historic Triangle. The kitchen was well-equipped, but our sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Spacious unit, spacious amenities with a lovely heated pool that allowed us to swim comfortably even when the temperature was in the high fifties and friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us celebrate a special occasion.

Chillin' at the three sick pools, hittin' the game room, and playin' tennis was dope. The movie nights and BBQs were the cherry on top. Plus, the area was poppin' with hiking trails and fun activities!

Wish they had more rad nightlife options for young peeps like us! .

Just stayed at a spot close to history with a spacious room and indoor pool. Staff was super friendly. LOVED it! Better than on photos. Would return for sure!

Comfortable rooms in a great location

I loved the cozy and clean rooms at Club Wyndham Kingsgate. The bed was so comfortable that I immediately sought a similar one upon returning home.

Quieter off-season vibes were nice, but the unit needed some updates. Concerns about a sales pitch vanished when they respected our schedule. The arcade was fun but lacked variety, and the planned movie night was too cold outside. Staff was friendly, and the indoor pool was a plus, though I didn’t get to use it. Some confusion with check-in and room assignments was frustrating, especially with a terminal illness in the mix, but Meghan saved the day. Cleanliness was an issue, with dirt and debris around, plus no extra blankets despite requests. A breakfast option would help, too.

Although the unit hadn’t been remodeled, it maintained a nice level of quality that matched the Colonial style. The temperature control worked well, keeping the ambiance pleasant. Noise levels were minimal due to the off-season quietness, allowing for a peaceful environment. While the furniture was good quality, the lack of a completely updated unit could be noticeable during a longer stay. it met our comfort needs effectively.

Parking was a real hassle—no assigned spots meant we often couldn’t find a place near our building, forcing us to park at the office. It really added to the stress of our trip with the kids in tow.
