We were pleased with our stay at this hotel. It is located in an excellent area close to great restaurants and major interstates. The staff provided us with great customer service, and the manager was quite friendly. The room amenities were impressive and included ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, garden furniture, hair dryer.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering us bottled water at the front desk. The location was extremely convenient, surrounded by a variety of stores and restaurants in a safe, clean area. It was close to both Franklin and Nashville, allowing us to easily explore the two cities without getting caught in heavy traffic. The breakfast provided was fantastic, with an excellent variety of options to choose from. our experience was excellent.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in Nashville for a family trip. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Franklin and Nashville. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it came to resolving a price matching issue. Although we didn't get the high floor we requested, they did provide us with a spacious corner king room that was quiet. The room itself was large and comfortable, and the rate was very reasonable. The parking was conveniently located near the main entrance, and the breakfast was fantastic. it was a great place to stay for both convenience and comfort.

The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the blackout curtains were a fantastic touch, providing complete darkness.
