I stayed in a hotel close to everything we needed, with amazing vegan breakfast and for 2 double beds. the staff at reception was lovely. I would DEFINITELY choose this place again! the only downside was that leisure facilities were not as nice as in the photos.

The views from the terrace at Hyatt Place NYC Chelsea were absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic vista of both uptown and downtown, creating a memorable New York City view. The hotel's fabulous city views, convenient location in Chelsea, and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. However, the small room size was noticeable, but being a budget hotel, it was expected. The breakfast was sufficient but could use better organization. The room was clean with a modern design and an amazing skyline view. A minor issue with the lack of room amenities and inconsistent housekeeping service was overshadowed by the overall positive experience.

The Hyatt Place NYC Chelsea's prime location allowed me to easily explore the city. The on-site restaurant, The Placer, provided delicious meals, and the terrace with a retractable roof offered a stunning view of the city—a perfect spot for relaxation.

I experienced issues with the room temperature control. The thermostat was locked, making it difficult to adjust the temperature, leading to a cold room.

Hyatt Place offered breathtaking views of One World Observatory, and the proximity to the Empire State Building and other attractions was convenient. the room was cozy and functional with great color schemes, and the free breakfast provided a good start to the day.

staying at the hyatt place was an unforgettable experience. the room had an incredible view of the skyline, especially the lit-up empire state building. breakfast offered a nice variety, including bagels, fruit, and coffee. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to attractions, cafes, and restaurants. the staff was friendly and the room amenities, like the comfy mattresses and coffee maker, made the stay even better.

There was nothing i didn't like about my stay 😊.

The hotel's 24-hour Market with drinks and snacks was a lifesaver after a long day of exploring the city. It felt like having my own personal convenience store right in the hotel, making late-night cravings a thing of the past.

the rooms had beautiful views of downtown manhattan, but very crampy for 2 double beds. the breakfast offered healthy options with a stunning view! staff need better customer service.

Room had a killer view and was sweet, even with limited wardrobe space; housekeeping was on point and location was rad. Loved the vibe at the neighboring Barcade for a chill time with unique local brews and retro games, a perfect spot to unwind 🕹️. Only bummer was the cramped breakfast area, needed more room to move around comfortably with all the elevator hustle.

the hotel was so clean and close to everything - just a short walk to all the sights and also near the subway. there's a whole foods nearby, and you can even get stuff delivered to the hotel for free. it was really handy when we wanted a quiet night in.

Great location with easy access to many attractions and transportation options. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants on the 2nd floor, multiple subway lines, and airports. The rooms are well thought out with comfy beds, a nice TV, and stunning views. The facilities, such as the gym and breakfast, were fantastic and perfect for getting the day started.

The elevator system can be chaotic and slow during peak hours.

I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options, which were included in the room rate. The bed was comfortable and came with an extra blanket and pillow. The shower was clean and had nice water pressure. The size of the room was perfect for a NYC hotel, and I had a great view from my higher floor. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and always willing to help.
