great location and super sweet staff

This place is super convenient for Universal, just a 15-minute walk. The staff was amazing; they surprised us with a nice gift for our anniversary! Breakfast was solid too. The renovations were a bit of a hassle, and the bathroom was cramped, but everything else was fresh and clean. Can’t wait to see the finished hotel!

hyatt place in orlando exceeded my expectations during my recent stay. marina was a fantastic help at check-in, providing informative answers to all my questions. the beds were incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. the extra pullout bed was a bonus too.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place for a few nights while visiting Universal. The staff was amazing and the location was perfect for walking to the park. Communication over email was great. The rooms could use a refresh on cleaning, but everywhere we touched was clean. The to-go style breakfast was okay, and the Starbucks downstairs added a touch of class in the morning.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my New Year's trip! It was really close to the outlets and super easy to get on and off the highway. Plus, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. They made our anniversary celebration extra special by surprising us with treats in our room! It was a nice touch and made us feel appreciated as guests.
