The Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown impressed me with its spacious suites and family rooms. The living room area with a couch and bar area with a refrigerator provided extra comfort and convenience. The hotel's close proximity to the Norton Museum of Art and the white sand beaches made it an ideal location for exploring the city.

One minor inconvenience was the lack of a bathtub in the room, which required me to change rooms. However, this did not significantly impact the overall positive experience at the hotel.

For the price we paid, our stay at Hyatt Place in West Palm Beach was great value. The room was spacious and clean, with convenient amenities like a bar area and small refrigerator. The location was perfect, with a short walk to City Place and a hotel shuttle available for anywhere within 2 miles. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The location in the business district made exploring the town on foot easy. The hotel was within walking distance to various attractions, including the beach. The recommended taxi service was convenient and the drivers were friendly. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during a family emergency, making our check-out process seamless. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the unique layout added to the experience.

Our family had a wonderful stay at a hotel with a great location near the beach and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom amenities. The breakfast was delicious with constant replacements of food and the kitchen staff was friendly. Additionally, the shuttle drivers were accommodating for our transportation needs. We also enjoyed the plunge pools and the thick Hyatt Grand Bed.

There was a lack of a swimming pool or microwave in the room which didn't quite meet our needs.

Loved the spacious and modern lobby with its fancy self-registration kiosk. The location was perfect for me, just a short walk to all the shopping and dining options in the area. The fitness center was great too.

Oh, and let's not forget the joy of leaving my dog in a reluctant friend's care instead of taking advantage of the kennel service. Hilarious.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance to Clematis street and the marina, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff was amazing and friendly, especially "Pin" who warmly greeted us during check-in. The breakfast selection was better than other typical hotels, and the room had labeled lights, a smart and helpful feature. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the bridge and within walking distance to Palm Beach, City Place, and Clematis Street. We loved being able to explore these popular areas without needing to drive. The staff at the hotel were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, providing us with great recommendations for exploring the town. Additionally, the buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations with a delicious and varied selection.

One downside of our stay was the issue we encountered with being double charged upon checking out. It took several phone calls and a lot of time to get this issue resolved.

Enjoyed my xmas stay with free breakfast and late checkout. The hotel's location was excellent, close to the beach, City Place, and Clematis St The walk was very easy. I also enjoyed the hot tub, which I had all to myself over the weekend.

Staff was not very responsive to my inquiries about the room rate, leaving me unsatisfied and frustrated. The room rate was not in line with the quality of the rooms.

The parking situation at the hotel was a bit odd, as self-park was not properly advertised as an option.
