When we encountered an issue with our bed, they promptly moved us to another room and even made us a cup of coffee in the morning to make up for the inconvenience. the cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive and it was clear that they prioritize cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, the front desk staff, especially Candace, made us feel welcome and safe during our stay. They were incredibly helpful in giving us directions and tips for navigating the city.

The only downside to our stay was the neighborhood where the hotel is located. It made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, especially when walking around at night.

Comfortable rooms, vintage decor, and the ability to store luggage on the day of check-out with no charge. Conveniently located only a short walk away from Powell's bookstore.
