The location is ideal, with a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. The exercise room was open during convenient hours, and the indoor pool appeared clean and well-maintained. Breakfast featured excellent options, though it was quite crowded at times. However, there were issues with housekeeping, particularly a lack of attention to detail, as some facilities needed better maintenance, such as an issue with a light fixture that emitted smoke. While the room was spacious and comfortable, these service shortcomings need addressing.

During my stay, I loved how clean and spacious the room was, and I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff that made everything feel easy. plus, being just under 2 km from the stunning Valley Forge National Historical Park was a huge perk for my weekend strolls, and there were great dining options like True Food Kitchen nearby for a tasty meal after exploring the area.

My family and I faced several challenges during our stay. The breakfast was disappointing. each time we arrived, they seemed to run out of forks and orange juice. Additionally, the elevator was slow and not reliable, which was frustrating when we had to navigate with kids. Lastly, the pool area was quite small and poorly maintained, with the water feeling oily, making it less enjoyable for my children.

The cleaning staff was super friendly in the morning! The location was great, close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast offered a decent selection, including fresh fruit and eggs! Lobby was clean and cozy.

The pool was a bit small, and water pressure in the shower could be better. I would’ve liked a microwave in the room, but there’s one on the property.
