Location's fab, with stunning views into PetCo Park. The room was clean and mostly quiet, minus a few odd sounds in the night!

But that pumper truck at 3 a.m. really took the 'silence is golden' vibe and turned it on its head! And who knew afternoon sound checks were a 'thing'?

Despite a great location and friendly staff, we faced issues with cleanliness and service, particularly at the rooftop restaurant, where our orders were mishandled and customer service was lacking.

The breakfast options were absolutely delicious, and the staff was efficient and accommodating, making our mornings a pleasure. Plus, the location allowed us to stroll to Petco Park for a fantastic concert in just four minutes!

However, a moment of chaos ensued when we were accused of stealing water bottles from the fridge. This was quite the mix-up, but it did put a slight hiccup in our otherwise vibrant stay.

We loved the amazing views from the nearby rooftop bar, especially while spending quality time as a family. The hotel was conveniently located near numerous dining options and only a short walk to the vibrant Gaslamp Quarter, perfect for catching a game at Petco Park.

In my wife’s opinion, they should improve communication about the amenities available for families.

My wife and I had a nice time, we loved the spacious room that was tastefully decorated. On our way to the rooftop bar, the views of the stadium were breathtaking and we spent the night relaxing in front of the fire pits, it felt intimate and cozy.

Of course, it wasn't exactly cheap but it was manageable.
