We stayed at Silver Cloud for a week and loved it. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and in a charming neighborhood. The room and beds were incredibly comfy, and the complimentary beer and wine in the evenings was a nice touch. We also appreciated the free parking and the convenience of being near the highway. Definitely a hotel we would go back to.

Although there were a few issues, such as the cleanliness of the bathroom and the lack of sufficient trash bins, overall our stay was pleasant. We would consider staying here again after the renovation/construction is complete.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a trendy part of town with easy freeway access. The room was beautifully decorated with comfy beds and the hotel had a lot of personality compared to chain hotels. The staff was understanding and accommodating when we had to change our reservation due to unexpected weather conditions. We also appreciated the on-site free parking, laundry facilities, and later check-out time. The hotel had large and clean facilities, and the complimentary hot breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.

The location of the hotel was fantastic! It was conveniently located near the freeway, but once inside, I couldn't even hear the noise. It was in a safe and comfortable part of town, perfect for walking to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and even a co-op. I really enjoyed being able to explore the neighborhood on foot. The staff at the hotel were also helpful and gave great recommendations on where to go and what to do.

The signage at the hotel could use some improvement. As an older driver, it was a bit confusing trying to find the office for check-in.

I had such an amazing stay here! The hotel is located in the perfect area, surrounded by charming shops and restaurants. The staff was so friendly and provided excellent customer service - from housekeeping to maintenance, they made sure I had everything I needed. The room amenities were great, including a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities to help me relax after exploring the area. I especially loved having access to a children's play area and the free Wi-Fi was a great convenience.

The housekeeping service was inconsistent and the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. There were issues with trash disposal as there were insufficient trash bins in the room and no bin in the bathroom.
