A standout in the area, offering diverse dining options and a lovely atmosphere. the property's ambiance transports you to a serene setting, making for a beautiful stay. Great room location and view, plus convenient surroundings - a fantastic hotel experience.

We loved the warm traditional charm of the hotel, with its cozy fireplace, twinkling lights, and high tea. The atmosphere was inviting and made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was beautiful and quiet, with a nice-sized bath and convenient amenities like a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the stay was a delightful experience.

Autograph Collection provided a fast check-in process and inviting, pleasant-smelling rooms. the lounge areas were conducive to work, with exceptionally clean rooms and lovely décor. the room service was top-notch, and the Sassy Margarita is a must-try. Parking was convenient, and the outdoor areas were charming, despite minor improvements needed.

Late housekeeping at 3:30 pm and some presence of ants in the room, though no open food was left out. Limited dining service in outdoor areas.

Pros I enjoyed the convenient location, with quick access to various places without traffic. the cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities, including the bar, were lovely. Additionally, the staff was quick to respond to my questions and service calls. Parking was hassle-free.

The hotel's charm and elegance added to the romantic feel of our getaway. Despite rooms being dated, they were very clean and well maintained. We were impressed with the staff's friendliness and professionalism, especially the Bell Man who went out of his way to make our experience positive and memorable. I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect - close to a major shopping center and set opposite a tranquil golf course. The service was phenomenal with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room amenities were great, including a comfy bed, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. The onsite restaurant and bar/lounge area have lovely entertainment and a great atmosphere. The staff were attentive and provided top-notch service throughout my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an upscale yet comfortable stay in the area.

Located in a Chicago suburb, the hotel is perfect if you're looking for a quiet area with easy access to shopping malls and restaurants. Situated right by the golf course, it provides fantastic views and a serene environment. The rooms are well-appointed, with beautiful woodwork and comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are spacious. The friendly staff offers excellent service and outstanding room service.

Although the staff was friendly, dirty dishes were left overnight in the bar, and there was no breakfast available.

The complementary chocolates and water bottle were a lovely surprise upon arrival. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and getting to major highways. the room had a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home.

The hotel staff seemed understaffed during the busy New Year's holiday. We had to wait a long time to be served at the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was a disappointment with limited options.
