I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a wide range of activities and amenities for both kids and adults. The location, nestled by the rivers on the western side of the Bay, provided breathtaking views and easy access to outdoor activities like biking at the Black Water Wild Life Refuge. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ensuring that our needs were met.

The spacious rooms, filled with amenities like multiple towel sets, make your stay truly comfortable. Wake up to a beautiful view of nearby attractions, such a Blackwater Adventure or Ava’s Pizzeria, and enjoy breakfast at one of several dining spots.

The view from our room was breathtaking and we loved spending time on the balcony. The pools were fantastic with an adult pool and a kid pool featuring a slide and basketball net. Frisbee golf and miniature golf were great options for keeping kids busy. a great experience for solo travelers.

I recently stayed at this venue for a family visit and I must say, the location along the river was breathtaking. The service I received from the bell staff was exceptional and the room service was prompt. I was impressed by the range of shops and commercial services available and the laundry service was efficient. My room had all the amenities I needed, including heating, air conditioning, ironing facilities, and tea and coffee making facilities. The dining table gave me ample space to work, while the patio provided a lovely view of the river. The free toiletries in the bathtub were a nice touch.
