Had a great Christmas stay at a hotel in Indianapolis! Loved the clean and welcoming room with a relaxing view of a lake. Also, the easy access to shopping and eating out was a huge plus. the hotel had a bar and a bistro, offering different atmospheres and types of food, both of which were great. the staff was very friendly and helpful, with special mention to Gina who went out of her way to assist me. they made my trip enjoyable!

There were a few downsides to the hotel. the food quality was poor, especially the room service, and they failed to pick up my breakfast request card, leaving me without breakfast in the morning.

I recently stayed at the new Marriott in the Keystone area for a business trip. The room had a stunning view of the lake, even on the 2nd floor. The modern decor and furniture were perfect for a European traveler like myself. The breakfast choices offered by Marriott were excellent. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by endless shopping options, from an upscale fashion mall to miles of stores on E 82nd St. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was impeccably clean and ready on time. The smart TV was a nice touch, allowing me to watch Netflix. Not to mention, the comfortable bed and couch made for a great stay.
