Last time I visited this hotel, I was happy to have a separate sitting area, except it was quite dusty. Although it had easy access to shopping areas and was in a wonderful college town. The bathroom was not impressive, but the service was friendly and attentive, willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. Breakfast was average, but at least the hot items were hot!

The towels were not fluffy enough, felt like sandpaper.
