I had an exceptionally excellent stay at Microtel in Mansfield Pa. The staff was very friendly. There was a misunderstanding on my part about having a microwave and fridge in our room; and the staff upgraded us to another room with the extras without charging us more. Our room was exceptionally clean and modern. The pool area was very clean. The motel was easy to find and in a nice, quiet area; but just a short ride to town with several restaurant and bars. Walmart is within 10 minutes away. Perkins restaurant is just a small walk away. Continental breakfast was wonderful with many choices of food. Our purpose was to stay at Microtel and visit the Pa Grand Canyon; and the Canyon is just 35 minutes away; and a beautiful drive. I will definitely stay at this Inn again, I was VERY pleased!

Easy access from the highway made our arrival at Microtel Inn & Suites a breeze. The friendly staff greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was perfect, and the room size was great and very clean. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

There were only a few tissues left in the bathroom and no bedding or pillows for the pull-out couch. Additionally, we couldn't find any electrical outlets next to the beds for overnight phone charging.

For the price we paid, we received great value. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff were amazing, particularly in accommodating my handicapped mother by providing a chair from the lobby.
