This place is quite convenient with a Harris Teeter next door.

My experience was spoiled by several issues. The first room we received was uncomfortably hot, and they delayed addressing it until a maintenance man came. Additionally, only one elevator was operational for the entire hotel, leading to long waits, sometimes upwards of 15 minutes. The surrounding area felt uninviting, with visible signs of homelessness, and I felt uneasy during my stay.

Staff was so friendly, like proper chommies! The pool area was lekker for a chill, and the gym had what I needed for a quick sweat. Had a playful time at the bar with good drinks, felt right at home!

Just found a bit of hair in the bathroom—eina! Needed a bit more cleaning attention.

I found the fridge lukewarm and there was insufficient coffee provided for my two-night stay, requiring me to ask multiple times for more supplies.

Blimey, the staff were proper lovely and helpful throughout our stay, makin’ it a right treat. Room was neat too! Just wish the lifts were faster, had me waitin' ages. But overall, a cracker of a stay, I’d go again!

the lobby was a bit crowded during check-in. but the front desk staff were super accommodating. ample restaurants nearby made meals easy. and they always had coffee available for guests. the room was clean and had a fridge for our snacks.
