Heaps of comfy spots and an awesome breakfast with fresh baked pastries, but the shared dining vibe felt a bit awkward at times. Sweet as staff, though!

the inn at cook street is quaint but far from exceptional. breakfast hours are terribly limited, which is shocking for such a supposedly upscale place. and honestly, woudl it kill them to offer some kind of welcome gift? i nearly left a glowing review, but then i rememebered how dissapointing it really was.

The landscaped grounds, complete with a koi pond, provide a tranquil atmosphere, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploration.

The communal dining experience, while social and friendly, could benefit from extended hours to accommodate those who prefer to sleep in a bit during vacation.

The cozy atmosphere of the Inn was captivating! I loved strolling through the beautiful gardens and enjoying the serene koi pond. Breakfast was a delightful adventure with unique dishes like Crab Cake Eggs Benedict!

Great free wi-fi and parking. Breakfast was special. Luggage storage was a bonus. No pets allowed.

During our stay, we enjoyed Spencer's culinary talents at breakfast—his homemade granola and scones set us up for the day! With our precious dog in tow, we took some leisurely walks near the inn, exploring the quaint streets of Provincetown.

My kids wished for a pool to splash around in.

What a cracking place! Breakfast was canny, especially the fresh scones and those yummy scrambles. Spencer was a champ, makin' sure we had nowt we needed. Only downside? Bit of noise from the street, but it’s a small price for quality like this!

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, air conditioning, and luggage storage. On my first stay, the staff guided me to great local attractions, making my experience memorable. Definitely recommend checking it out! I’m coming back for Christmas!

Amazing breakfast and cozy vibes

We loved our room with the separate living area! Super comfy couch to chill on after long days out. The cozy deck was perfect for evening night caps—so private and breezy! Spencer's breakfasts were a highlight, especially those creative dishes. Just wish the picnic area had more shade during the day.

Quaint property with super comfy rooms! Enjoyed the cozy spots on the deck, perfect for evening cocktails. Very walkable, so we left the car parked!

Only downside? I almost had to share my fabulous breakfast table with strangers. I prefer to bond with my croissant, thank you very much!
