I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with the most amazing sheets ever. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

Breakfast option could be improved with more variety.

Convenient location, helpful staff, clean room with kitchenette, great view of river and Creek Street. Plenty of nearby shops and dining options.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the harbor. It was well equipped for self-catering, which was convenient. the staff were helpful and provided a complimentary shuttle service for airport/ferry pick up, as well as to a hiking trail. the apartment ticked all the boxes for a comfortable stay.

One downside was the side entrance to the apartment, which was not very appealing. However, this could be expected in a historic location.

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money. The room was comfortable, had a kitchenette for added convenience, and we loved the view of the marina and creek. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant stay.

My stay at the Inn at Creek Street was absolutely delightful. The location was perfect, right downtown next to Ketchikan Creek Bridge. The view from my room was breathtaking, and the room itself was spotless and felt just like home. The hospitality of the staff, particularly Jose, was outstanding. Gracias! One highlight of my stay was having breakfast at the New York Café next door. The coffee there was superb, made from a well-used Simonelli machine by staff who really knew their craft. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The value for money at the Inn At Creek Street was excellent. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and had a comfortable bed. The location right on Creek Street was perfect for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even offering complimentary pickup and drop-off services. The beautiful soaps and toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch.

The view from the room was breathtaking, with a beautiful creek flowing right outside. the room itself was spacious and had a charming, historic feel to it. Plus, the location was perfect, close to multiple restaurants and points of interest.

The service at the hotel was lacking. We had to constantly ask for clean towels and other amenities, and the beds were never made up.

We loved the historical charm of the building and the immaculate cleanliness of our room. The location was superb, close to shops and restaurants, and we even got to witness eagles soaring over the creek. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary airport shuttle was a great perk. we highly recommend this hotel for a unique and convenient stay.

The service at Inn At Creek Street was exceptional. They picked us up from the airport ferry and were friendly and informative throughout our stay. The 2 bedroom suite we had was spacious and comfortable, with a great view and a huge kitchen plus washer & dryer. It would be perfect for a longer stay, especially with a family. I highly recommend this hotel.
