The service at Inn At Creek Street was exceptional. They picked us up from the airport ferry and were friendly and informative throughout our stay. The 2 bedroom suite we had was spacious and comfortable, with a great view and a huge kitchen plus washer & dryer. It would be perfect for a longer stay, especially with a family. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the heart of town. the location was perfect, with shops and attractions right on our doorstep. the creek running through the boardwalk added to the hotel's charm. the service provided by Sarah and the rest of the staff was exceptional. From taking care of the front desk to running shuttles to and from the airport, they catered to all our needs. the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were great. We were especially impressed with the little things, like them picking up our bags from the hospitality area and driving us to the ferry when we left. We highly recommend Inn at Creek Street for a memorable stay in Ketchikan.

I had a wonderful experience at a beautiful well-run boutique hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The free pick-up service from the ferry was a convenient start to my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the character and charm of the rooms. The hotel is not only amazing, but also plays a part in preserving the historical Creek Street buildings. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was recently renovated and had everything I needed. I especially loved the towel racks and openable windows. Being in a corner room, I had amazing views of the river. The rain shower head was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the river in the historic district. It was also conveniently close to the shops and restaurants in town. The staff was lovely, mannered, and very helpful. The hotel even provided a shuttle service from the ferry terminal and airport. a fantastic experience.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the harbor. It was well equipped for self-catering, which was convenient. the staff were helpful and provided a complimentary shuttle service for airport/ferry pick up, as well as to a hiking trail. the apartment ticked all the boxes for a comfortable stay.

One downside was the side entrance to the apartment, which was not very appealing. However, this could be expected in a historic location.

the staff was outstandingly friendly and helpful, making our wedding ceremony at Ketchikan even more memorable. Their attentiveness exceeded our expectations, ensuring we had a perfect stay at Inn At Creek Street.

My stay at the Inn at Creek Street was absolutely delightful. The location was perfect, right downtown next to Ketchikan Creek Bridge. The view from my room was breathtaking, and the room itself was spotless and felt just like home. The hospitality of the staff, particularly Jose, was outstanding. Gracias! One highlight of my stay was having breakfast at the New York Café next door. The coffee there was superb, made from a well-used Simonelli machine by staff who really knew their craft. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
