I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The value for money was worth it. The location was perfect, with a great view of the Santa Monica Pier from my bed. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, from valet parking to seamless checkout.

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast option.

This place is just across from the beach, making it the perfect location for a beach getaway. The staff here is amazing, always going out of their way to help with any request or need. The service is top-notch and they make you feel right at home. The rooms are well-appointed with all the amenities you could need, including heating, air conditioning, and a refrigerator. The hotel also offers a variety of dining options, from a restaurant to a snack bar, ensuring that you never go hungry. And let's not forget about the pool and beach access, which are great for lounging and soaking up the sun.

I would definitely recommend this venue to friends.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. I especially enjoyed the free bike rental and yoga in the morning, which were great ways to start the day.

One small inconvenience was the lack of a mini-bar in the room. It would have been nice to have a few snacks and drinks readily available.

I was pleasantly surprised with my recent stay at a hotel in Santa Monica. The lobby and outside area were perfect for relaxing. The concierge was so helpful with recommendations on where to eat and what to see in the area. I was grateful for their guidance. I would recommend this hotel.

Starting the new year in this hotel was amazing! The complementary champagne and breakfast were a great touch that made us feel special. The location was perfect, just one block from the beach and walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the heated pool.

The Wi-Fi was slow and kept cutting out. , the parking fee was quite high and we had to wait a bit for our car during check out.

We loved the convenient location, close to the beach and shopping. The hotel facilities were great, especially the bike loan system which allowed us to explore the area easily. The staff provided excellent hospitality, treating us like we were the only guests in the hotel.

I have just returned from a fabulous weekend stay at a hotel in a prime location near the beach and Santa Monica pier. The staff were incredibly attentive and took great care of us throughout our stay. We enjoyed multiple long walks along the beach and even rented bikes to explore the area. The continental breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of delicious options. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Third Street Promenade and the Santa Monica Metro Station, making it easy to explore the city without dealing with traffic. I highly recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway.
