We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The room was super clean and had great amenities. The bed was so comfy and we had a cool view from our window. We checked in smoothly and the staff were patient and helpful. The lobby bar was great with a fantastic selection. it was an amazing trip!

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during our stay. we were not informed about the extra charge for parking, which was a bit of a surprise.

My room at Aloft Philadelphia Downtown had a comfortable Euro feel, with a nice bathroom. The location was perfect, close to universities and Independence Hall. The outdoor terrace provided a lovely dining experience, despite the noise from motorcyclists on Broad Street. The staff was great, and the hotel lobby was nice and clean. The view from my room was amazing and the hotel toiletries were of good quality. Transportation options were convenient, and the hotel respected my accommodation requests. Checkout was easy. I would recommend this hotel.

The walls are extremely thin, making it difficult to sleep through the night with noisy neighbors.

The rooms and bathrooms were small and could be a bit cramped, especially for families. Connecting rooms were not available, which made it difficult for larger groups.

I got great value for my money with a clean and comfy room, and the staff at Aloft were so friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient and there were plenty of things to do nearby.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The room, 1109, was impeccably clean and the 2 Queen beds were incredibly comfortable. The large windows facing Broad Street provided a surprisingly quiet atmosphere. It was a pleasant surprise to be able to see City Hall from the hotel, as it was just a block away. The check-in process was made super fast and friendly, thanks to the great service from Michael at the Front Desk.

Can't fault anything about it.

Attending a volleyball tournament, the accommodating staff allowed us to check out late. The convention center next door made it perfect for event-goers. The clean rooms offered spectacular views of city hall. The lobby provided a fun atmosphere with a pool table, chess set, and other games. The comfortable king-sized bed and four pillows ensured a good night's sleep. Feeling secure with key card entrances added to the positive experience. The staff went above and beyond with free room upgrades and extra treats. This hotel has earned a lifelong customer.
