The hotel's location was perfect for our trip, as we didn't have to drive too far to get to where we wanted to go. The staff was friendly and provided basic amenities that we needed. The rooms were clean and tidy, with attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. Additionally, the prices were reasonable and offered good value for money. We found the pool area to be nice for hanging out, especially when the sun was out but not too hot like other pool areas we've experienced.

Although our overall experience was positive, we did notice a few areas that could be improved. The hotel should consider extending breakfast hours on weekends, as it ended a bit early for us.

Front desk let us use the hot tub late. Some staff members were extremely kind and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

Our stay at the Best Western was convenient and comfortable. The motel's proximity to the mall, Walmart, and the hospital was a big plus. The beds were cozy and provided a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the great continental breakfast and the option to check in early. The Family Suite with 2 Queens was spacious, perfect for our family.
