The staff was friendly and accommodating, with the gentleman at checkout being apologetic for the cold water issue.

The soundproofing of the rooms was not up to par, making it noisy at times.

The staff provides friendly service and the breakfast is rich. Convenient amenities like free WiFi are available, and laundry facilities are provided for refreshing my travel wardrobe.

The hotel is conveniently located close to various restaurants and transportation options, making it easy to explore the city or attend events. The staff were polite and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The cost for a 15-day stay was very reasonable at $169.50. The shuttle service was prompt and the driver was safe. I appreciated the clear directions for pick-up and the business card given to us. The separate living area and bedroom in the room was a great feature, providing more space and privacy.

We especially loved the higher countertop in the kitchenette, which served as a convenient makeup and hair-do area for me. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. the staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was a breeze. it was a wonderful experience at Econo Lodge.

We recently stayed at an Econo Lodge in Grand Rapids and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived at 1 am, the staff was friendly and accommodating, saving our room for us due to a flight delay. the property was impressively clean and well-maintained, from the beautiful flowers outside to the spotless interior. Our room was well-appointed and spotless, with new mattresses and bedding. We were also pleased to find allergy covers on the mattresses and pillows. the location was convenient, and we will definitely choose this hotel again when visiting the area. Excellent value for the price!

I stayed at Econo Lodge in Grand Rapids for 3 nights and was pleasantly surprised. It was a damn good value for the price - clean and spacious rooms with no noise issues. The location was convenient and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, but I didn't try it myself so I can't comment further.
