Room design was impressive, modern and inviting. Staff were friendly, responsive and efficient. The area was clean, pet-friendly with peaceful surroundings. Breakfast was a great choice, filling and varied. TV moveable and adjustable to different angles.

Renita at the front desk was also incredibly kind and accommodating, even serving us breakfast early. The hotel itself was beautiful, quiet, and had a unique room layout that I loved. I highly recommend Springhill Suites for its cleanliness, hospitality, and great amenities.

As foreign tourists, we loved the friendly and accessible staff, spacious and clean rooms, and the use of Paul Mitchell products for the body and hair. The hotel's location made it easy to explore other parts of the city, and we felt safe walking around the area.
