The staff were very welcoming and helpful, providing us with plenty of recommendations and a welcome drink upon arrival. We had an amazing stay at this accommodation! the staff at Highland House went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had an easy trip. the rooms were modern and stylish with a touch of humor. the beds were incredibly comfortable and the separate shower/sink room and water closet were convenient. We also loved the handy pod coffeemaker in the room. the location was excellent, within walking distance to the train station, red light district, and main square.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the center of Amsterdam. We could walk everywhere and it was so convenient. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The bed was super comfy and we loved everything about the hotel. The rooms are themed, which made our stay feel personalized.
