Convenient, comfortable, and cordial staff in a quiet street. We enjoyed our stay in a large, comfortable room. The staff made all our museum reservations and provided helpful recommendations. Being in a real neighborhood was a plus. The location was ideal for walking to major sites. Borrowing a laptop to stay connected was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

I also enjoyed the convenience of having access to shared laptops at the hotel.

That the hotel was quite far from the San Spirito area, where I tended to spend most of my time. It was a long trek back to the hotel, especially on rainy days.
