Friendly staff and spacious rooms. Strange smells and outdated bathrooms.

My recent stay at Keystone Inn & Suites was excellent. The staff was exceptionally helpful and the food was phenomenal. The room was immaculate and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, with shopping and dining options within walking distance or a short drive away. This was my second stay at this hotel and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Room cleanliness was below standards, with dirty carpets and rusty furniture. Noisy environment due to freeway noise and HVAC system on the roof.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for my money at this hotel. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed, including two beds and a comfortable L-shaped couch. The location was great, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby, making it ideal for families or singles. The staff, particularly LaStanna Wilson and Derisha Blocker, were friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience.

The only improvement I would suggest for breakfast offerings is to have more variety.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed watching a great movie on the fantastic selection of TV channels. The location of the hotel in a nice area made us feel secluded from the main road. The only downside was that the pool was not ready for use during our stay. We were initially told that there was an option to use an outside pool at a nearby hotel, but unfortunately, this fell through.

The location of this hotel is perfect, with lots of options for things to do while I was here for a volleyball tournament. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The parking was convenient and there was easy transportation access to local activities and the Gallery. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is ideally located within walking distance of a fabulous mall, with access to many area restaurants. The rooms are spacious, clean, and up to date. The grab and go breakfast is easy and includes hot breakfast sandwiches and burritos. The staff is exceptional- Teresa and Lastanna are friendly and provide great service, while the lobby and parking lot are well-maintained even in bad weather.

One negative aspect mentioned in a review was a malfunctioning AC unit, which the staff was hesitant to address.
