My recent stay at the Lodge And Spa was fantastic. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the conference center with easy access through the tunnels. The lodge offered great discounts on winter activities and the spa was a perfect way to relax after a day on the mountain. The heated outdoor pool was a highlight, even in the freezing temperatures. The outdoor hot tub was a dream. The rooms were comfortable and the cleaning staff did a great job. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Keystone.

We loved the breathtaking views from all over the hotel and enjoyed sitting on our room's balcony to soak in the mountain air. The staff was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. The facilities were neat, clean, and well-maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The on-site restaurant was a fantastic bonus, offering great food and service. The valet parking service was convenient and added to our overall positive experience.

Stayed here for a conference and the convenience factor was unbeatable. The hotel is located right across the street, a 5-minute walk away. The lodge itself is clean and well-kept, although some areas show signs of aging. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The hot tub and gym were a bonus, as they were not busy at all. Free parking was also a nice perk. The restaurant inside the lodge was decent, and the spa was definitely the highlight of the trip.

Friendly staff, beautiful views, free kids skiing, personalized van to gondola, convenient ski check, impressive ice sculptures. Will return next year.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the hotel. It had a beautiful view, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after a day of hiking. The shuttle service to the mountain was convenient, and we appreciated the fast pass that allowed us to skip the line at the gondola. Plus, the fireworks show to celebrate New Year's was just steps away from the hotel!

We had a fabulous stay here! The location was perfect, with lots of outdoor activities nearby. We especially loved eating in the bistro, with its beautiful views of the lake. The service was outstanding, with room service and dry cleaning available, and the shuttle service made getting around so easy. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities including a patio and terrace. And the leisure facilities, including the spa and wellness centre, swimming pool, and fitness centre were top-notch.

If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in the mountains, this hotel is a good option as it is located on a frozen lake with pristine views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms are cozy with comfortable bedding and ample space. The spa facilities are excellent and provide a variety of treatments to rejuvenate oneself at. Additionally, there is a convenient shuttle service available to river run.

The dining options can be disappointing and expensive, particularly the continental breakfast which is basic and overpriced.

The valet service was excellent, they were friendly and helpful. the beds were clean and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. the view from the room was beautiful, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. the staff provided great information about the area and free activities.

The lack of air conditioning in the room made it uncomfortably hot, despite the fan provided. the breakfast buffet was underwhelming and the food was cold.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the hot tub and sauna after a day on the slopes, along with the dog-friendly policy. The location was great, with a shuttle to the mountain for snowboarding. The lounge was a nice place to relax and enjoy drinks. a comfortable and enjoyable ski weekend.

The Lakeside Cafe provided delicious breakfast options, and our waitress Krista went above and beyond to make our meals memorable. The proximity to the ski lifts and the convenience of the shuttle and bus services made getting around a breeze. our experience at The Keystone Lodge And Spa was exceptional, and we will definitely be returning in the future.
