Exceptional spa services and heated outdoor pool.

My experience at The Keystone Lodge was incredibly disappointing. The room was outdated, featuring old carpet and a working heater that failed to warm the space on a freezing night. Adding insult to injury, we received a parking ticket in their lot with no proper explanation from the staff, who simply shrugged it off. Overall, this was not the luxurious getaway I expected.

The heated outdoor pool connecting to the indoor area was a fantastic feature after a long day of skiing, allowing us to relax in the warmth while enjoying the snowy views.

However, the check-in process was frustratingly slow, and I had to navigate a bit to get to my room due to the long layout of the lodge. There was also a noticeable lack of air conditioning in the rooms, making it uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the cleanliness of the pool area was below expectations, and it often felt overcrowded, especially during peak times. The on-site dining options left much to be desired, with several guests reporting poor food quality, particularly in the café.

The Keystone Lodge and Spa offers a lovely setting with access to beautiful outdoor activities. While the pool and hot tubs are enjoyable, they can be crowded, especially during peak times. Additionally, the dining options could use improvement, as the breakfast quality didn't meet expectations. Overall, a great option for families looking to enjoy the mountain atmosphere.
