We had a wonderful vacation at Bahia Principe Grand Tulum. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our happiness. The food at the a la carte restaurants was excellent, and the variety of facilities, like the spa and tennis courts, made for a fulfilling stay. We also enjoyed the animations, the beautiful beach, and the pool. The resort staff, especially Samuel at the buffet restaurant, made our experience truly memorable. We can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic family holiday at this massive and well-maintained resort. The kids aquapark and slide were a big hit, and the beach was just steps away. The buffet options were incredible, with delicious and varied choices. The themed restaurants were also a great addition. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially with the kids. The resort was clean and well-organized, and the tour desk provided great assistance for excursions. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous, creating a beautiful coastal jungle atmosphere. The facilities had everything we needed, with separate pool areas for different vibes and a fantastic kids club.

The beach was stunning and clean, with tons of loungers and cabanas available. We spotted some local wildlife roaming around and schools of fish swimming right by the shore. The value for what we paid was beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort. The maintenance, transportation, and security were all top-notch. The safety measures in place made us feel secure and cared for. We discovered a charming pool behind our building, which made for a shorter walk and had free day beds. The bartenders, Saul and Huvenso, were amazing and we kept coming back to that pool because of them. The value for money at this hotel in the Riviera Maya is unmatched. The rooms, pools, food, and shows were all terrific. The silent disco was a blast, offering a unique and enjoyable experience. The staff were hard-working, honest, and always helpful. We also highly recommend taking some off-site visits, such as to Akumal or the Coba ruins and cenotes.

My husband and I had a wonderful 10-day stay at Bahia Principe Tulum. The resort was clean, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful greenery, attracting a variety of birds and animals. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The evening entertainment was impressive, and the a la carte restaurants served delicious food. The renovated Premium Superior room was spacious and functional, with the added bonus of having two bathrooms. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to Akumal's turtle beach, historical sites, and cenotes. it was a fantastic, relaxing vacation that exceeded our expectations.

I recently stayed at a fantastic resort in a beautiful area of Mexico, situated right on the beach. I loved the location as it was easily accessible to everything from the quiet pools in center to the variety of restaurants that we wanted to visit. The rooms were super comfortable with modern, clean bathrooms and excellent service from the housekeeping staff. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a stunning view of the ocean. The resort offered many facilities like lounge chairs, sports bar, and al-a-carte restaurants which made our stay even more delightful.

An issue with luggage delivery which led to some guests not receiving theirs until late in the evening.

The front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming, which was disappointing as they set the tone for the guest experience. the beach was often filled with algae, making it impossible to enjoy.

This hotel is simply amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help which creates a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are lovely and kept exceptionally clean by the hardworking cleaners. The hotel's location on a tropical white sandy beach in well-kept gardens with coconut trees is simply breathtaking. Lastly, breakfast is truly a delight with gourmet food at the buffets at such great prices.

Not one thing to improve - it was an incredible stay!

We had a fantastic time during our first all-inclusive experience at this hotel. The food, staff, and entertainment were excellent. We especially loved the silent disco and watching the show Origin. Our room was cleaned daily and the drinks, especially the wine and prosecco, were great. The special dining was tasty, although we wish we could have had more reservations. The scuba diving experience was top-notch, and the trip to Chichen Nitza was well-organized. The massage on the beach was relaxing and professional. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.
