My family and I stayed at Hyatt Centric for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and a nearby parking garage. The staff was amazing, especially the front desk receptionist who ensured a smooth check-in. They also gave great breakfast recommendations for Mother's Day. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent amenities. The gym and sauna were fantastic, and the hotel's restaurant, Six15 room, served delicious food. a fabulous hotel with friendly staff and great amenities.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Centric in downtown Minneapolis for five days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was always friendly and went above and beyond to help us with local recommendations and even printed our boarding passes. The hotel's restaurant, Six15 room, served delicious food, and the bartenders were excellent. The sauna and gym were also top-notch, making it a perfect stay.

The gym at the hotel was truly impressive, possibly the best I've ever seen. the facilities were top-notch and well-equipped, providing an excellent workout experience. Additionally, the staff, especially Leo at the front desk, went above and beyond to make our stay special. Leo's exceptional service and willingness to help made a lasting impression and added a personal touch to our Christmas celebration.

The rooms were much darker than expected, making it difficult to work with small electronic equipment. It would have been helpful to have a way to turn on all the lights at once instead of having to deal with multiple lamps and separate lights above the bed.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was superb, with plenty of downtown restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were also close to the US Bank stadium, which was a huge plus. The service was top-notch - from the friendly and helpful staff to the prompt notification of food deliveries. The room itself was spacious, clean, and quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and in-room safe, were a nice touch. we felt well taken care of and appreciated during our stay here. We highly recommend this place to family and friends.

In terms of cons, we have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel. It exceeded our expectations in every way and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location of this place was also excellent, with easy access to the metro and from there the rest of the twin cities. my experience here was amazing!

The TV had a bad wire, but the staff quickly responded and fixed it. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We had a great time during our recent stay at Hyatt Centric. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and we loved the complimentary bicycles that allowed us to ride to a fun event and along the Mississippi River. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was a huge plus, and the entrance, bar lounge, and restaurant were all impressive. The spacious rooms, friendly staff, and complimentary coffee and ice tea added to our enjoyable experience. We will definitely be returning!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in Downtown Minneapolis. I loved that I could easily catch a cab or jump on the nearby Green tram line that took me directly to Allianz Field. The hotel also provided complimentary bicycles, which allowed me to explore the city and ride along the beautiful Mississippi River. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the friendly staff made me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

This hotel is fantastic value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail the staff provide. The location is perfect, with the Green tram line close by and multiple fantastic restaurants within walking distance, including Manny's steak house.

The location seems to be ideal for those attending events at US Bank stadium, and there are plenty of downtown restaurants and conveniences nearby. Additionally, the lobby offers complimentary coffee/tea in the morning and wine in the afternoon for guests.

The service seems to be subpar, with some guests citing rude employees and unfulfilled requests for accommodations like rollaway beds.

The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the complementary toiletries and daily maid service. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the downtown area and visiting nearby attractions. the breakfast selection was great with both hot and cold options.

The room I stayed in was quite dark, and the air conditioning was quite loud and disruptive at night, making it difficult to sleep. the chair provided in the room was not comfortable and definitely needed a back support.

The staff was very helpful when my TV didn't work, they fixed the wire right away. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. The hotel also gave me directions to find cheaper parking. a great stay.

I had a wonderful time staying here. The location was fantastic, as it was right in the heart of the city, and just a stone's throw away from the best restaurants. The service was impeccable, with great room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. I also loved the fact that the staff gave me a welcome drink upon arrival. The amenities in the room were also great, with tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar.

I was promised a rollaway bed, but it was not provided. The manager was helpful and took 40% off, which was appreciated, but I still think that we should have gotten what we paid for from the beginning.
